SALES CAPABILITY MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

PURPOSE
Reporting to the Sales Manager OTC within the Sales operation strategy function, This position will develop solid and optimized RTM strategy including urban and rural approach to explore and exploit opportunities and potentiality of the South Vietnam market. This role provides ongoing training for the sales force team on data gathering, routes reading & KPIs tracking to ensure maximum technology utilization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Data Management
.- Develop & maintain customer level data including all trade channels (Direct, Wholesale, Key Account), balanced routes based on set KPI’s such as (number of customers, daily visits & rest of RTM KPIs)
.- Prepare different retail data census analysis when needed for coverage & sales expansion

2. Territory & Route Planning
.- Works on routes optimization through creating balanced routes based on number of customers, visits per day and route completion time in order to improve sales productivity.
.- Conduct the rerouting efforts through plotting customers on maps & routes based on set KPIs (i.e. # customers, visits, route completion time & volume)
.- Propose a strategy with the right balance of push (distributor model) & pull (wholesaler model) to ensure right coverage effectiveness (return of investment)

3. Reporting and Systems
.- Develop Management reporting tools to track sales performance and RTM strategy
.- Propose upgrade of technology (DMS, tablets, sales management of Hoa Thiên Phú )
.- Generate and define RTM metrics dashboard and monitor distributor performance
.- Provide trainings to ASM on technology updates

  • Training sales team to adapt with company strategy.
